Find connection and community with a variety of therapeutic, educational and social groups across our three centres.
Our group programs are designed to support, heal and empower participants across areas including positive parenting, choosing healthy relationships, leaving domestic, family and sexual violence, managing anxiety, improving emotional and physical wellbeing, and encouraging creativity.
Groups are run by our experienced counsellors and we also work with qualified community partners to deliver group services that create safe and welcoming spaces for participants to engage, connect and thrive.
We provide holistic women’s health services by women for women at three centres located at Wyoming, Wyong and Woy Woy.
As a safe space for women, our services include clinical women’s health services, counselling, casework, therapeutic and social groups, referral and advocacy, and childcare for women attending appointments or groups at our centres.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
Our Centres operate on the lands of the Darkinjung people and we pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

We also pay tribute to the generations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women who have led, and continue to lead the way, in creating safe futures for women and children, and safe spaces for our community.
We acknowledge their strength and resilience and promise to do our best as allies in the fight for safety, equality, and justice.
